To provide a public festival showcase for films produced by high school aged film makers from the USA and beyond.
To develop the skills, knowledge and confidence of these young film makers, whether they be rich or poor, connected or remote, we want them all able to tell their stories.
To provide film making equipment to communities where none may be currently present.
To promote South Carolina as a hub for young film making talent.
To create a network event for young film makers to meet their peers, professionals and explore college level courses in the Media Arts.
